# devboxes pricing

> devboxes has three plans. Tasks on our machines cost by the hour, billed per second, and tasks run on the AI plan the team already pays for, or on an API key, so devboxes adds no charge to model usage.

## Plans

- Free: For trying devboxes and for occasional tasks. From €0.25 per machine hour. Prepaid credit from €10. 30 days of history. 5 GB of storage. Email support.
- Basic: €50 a month, or €500 a year. For teams that hand work to devboxes every week. Everything in Free. Includes €50 of usage a month. 90 days of history. Unlimited storage. Priority support.
- Premium: €200 a month, or €2,000 a year. For teams that work with devboxes every day. Everything in Basic. Includes €250 of usage a month. 1 year of history. Shared Slack channel. Onboarding calls. Calls with the founder.

## Machines

- Medium (4 vCPU and 8 GB of memory): €0.25 an hour.
- Large (8 vCPU and 16 GB of memory): €0.60 an hour.
- XL (16 vCPU and 32 GB of memory): €1.35 an hour.
- Your own machine (a Linux computer with Docker, or a Mac with OrbStack or Docker Desktop): up to 3 tasks run at the same time for free. Further tasks cost €0.15 an hour from credit, and wait in a queue for a free slot when the credit is used up.
