    @Devboxes where do we decide which customers can pay by SEPA direct debit? couldn't find it

    In two places. canUseSepa() in src/payments/methods.ts allows it for customers with an IBAN from a SEPA country. src/payments/mandates.ts checks that a signed mandate is on file before the first debit.
