    Here's a draft: "Guten Tag, vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis. Sie haben die Zahlungserinnerung zu Ihrer Rechnung INV-2026-311 doppelt erhalten. Der Betrag ist natürlich nur einmal fällig. Wir haben die Ursache gefunden und beheben sie mit einem der nächsten Updates." I left out a date because ENG-219 doesn't have one yet.
