An owner of your devboxes organization connects the workspace and picks the channels devboxes works in. Then invite devboxes to the channel.

Remove the app in Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat. devboxes stops reading and posting there at once.

Erase a conversation or a task yourself, or write to privacy@devboxes.ai to delete your account and everything in it.

Write to us first if a charge looks wrong
Tell us at hello@devboxes.ai which charge looks wrong before you go to your bank or card provider. We look into it and refund the charge if it's wrong, which is faster for you than a bank dispute.
Report a problem with an answer
devboxes uses AI models, and their output can be wrong. If an answer is wrong, harmful or not what you asked for, send the thread link to hello@devboxes.ai. Security questions go to the same address, and the security page explains how devboxes protects your company.
