Your terms refund unused days on yearly plans only. Sara pays monthly, so the reply explains that her plan runs until the end of the month.

Hi Sara, monthly plans aren't refunded for the rest of the month, but your plan stays active until the 31st, so you can keep using everything until then. Maya
